By accessing or using removebg.help (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

removebg.help is an AI-powered tool that removes the background from images you upload. The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee any particular result quality, processing speed, or uptime.

Each anonymous browser session receives 3 free image processings per day, refreshed at 00:00 UTC.

You may purchase credit packs (currently 100 credits for USD $4.99 as a one-time payment). One credit is consumed per processed image once your daily free quota is exhausted. Purchased credits do not expire.

All payments are processed by Creem.io. Pricing may change in the future; the price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay for that purchase.

Credits delivered to your session are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where unused credits remain due to a service-side technical failure that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

If you believe you were charged in error or your credits were not delivered, contact [email protected] with your purchase receipt within 14 days and we will review the case.

You agree not to upload content that: is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours; infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; depicts minors in any sexualized or harmful context; contains malware or attempts to exploit the Service.

You agree not to automate, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service in a way that degrades availability for others, bypasses rate limits, or evades payment.

We may suspend or refuse service, with or without notice, to anyone violating these rules.

You retain all rights to images you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, transient license to process the image solely for the purpose of returning a processed result to you. This license ends as soon as processing completes and the image is deleted from our cache.

The Service itself, including its code, branding, and content, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-based background removal is imperfect. The output may contain artifacts, miss fine details, or produce undesired edges. You are responsible for reviewing the result before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $20.

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
